Figure drawing by Robert Lepeltier. See the drawing for sale on Ebay. Robert Lepeltier studied at l'École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts, and l'académie de Paul Albert Laurens. He painted and exhibited until 1972 then stopped. His works were sold in two large lots after his death in 1996. Wikipedia article.
